Believe it is 5 days for a Quarter report and 15 for the Annual.

Originally due on Nov 15 but with the weekend and the 5 day extension, Nov 22 is the date for the filing. He actually got a few more than 5 days. So the filing today shouldn't be a problem.

So curious about 14 days.

Form 10-Q
Form 10-Q is a quarterly report mandated by the United States federal Securities and Exchange Commission, to be filed by publicly traded corporations.

Form 10-Q must be filed within 40 days for large accelerated filers and accelerated filers or 45 days after the end of the fiscal quarter for all other registrants. An NT-10Q may be filed up to 24 hours after the 10-Q due date to receive a 5-day extension on Form 10-Q.
