wait until the issues with Area 2 are resolved to prove to the world the tech works if the permits at Juno somehow don’t get issued?

Not saying the permits won’t get issued for Juno, but it is more bureaucracy.

Also, do you think permission to recover the 10 items at the ring area was given? Not sure what to make of the phrase…..rationale for recovery in the latest report.
