"So let me see if I understand..." -'Now that's surely a lost cause.. . .

Did not Nasrat himself announce that he would not be on conference-calls, only to yet be on the latest conference-call? The whole idea of conference-calls is rather "silly" to Nasrat, as in a way it conveys the false-hope to investors that someday they might get their money back. Well. . . that's kind of fun in a cruelly sadistic northern hew jersey pharmaceutical industry gangster kind of way. All but the "no2's" of the world would gladly see him go away as they are not cut from the same cloth as the not so petty, petty tyrant.

Why the HELL does Nasrat want the pps to be .15 to .25 before a reverse split?

1. It doesn't change the fundamentals of the company.

2. 99.9% chance Elite won't reach those levels on their own given the OTC manipulation.

3. We're just delaying the true value of Elite by procrastinating our move to the Nasdaq.

Conclusion: Just use a higher ratio when reverse splitting if the pps is low. SO SIMPLE!

PS: I know YOU don't even think we are going to the Nasdaq!
