All Jeff Canouse ever had to do was

1. Issue a letter of introduction to his shareholders

2. Inform shareholders on whether or not we are going to be the acquirer of other businesses or we are to be acquired by way of a reverse merger

3. Inform shareholders of which particular sector of Interest our company would be involved in regardless of whether we are performing an acquisition or being acquired

What did we get instead?

This piece of shit scumbag has been converting preferred shares into common stock and dumping them onto the Open Market at a time the chart was making a beautiful technical reversal to the upside.
