Look, just go to Yahoo Finance or stocktwits and you can clearly see that a large portion of former and current shareholders feel that the powers that be at Worksport overhyped and and or were not genuine with them. The bridge must be gapped or we will lose more investors forever. I targeted this company for investment for 2 reasons #1 Shareholders loved this stock and felt Rossi was honest with them, I never, ever hear that anymore. #2 TerraVis was a unique and interesting product. I will admit, I like many here fell for Rossi's promises of partnerships and guaranteed sales.

-The """""""""""""""""""70 Mil"""""""""""""""""""" OEM, Hercules is a ? at best.
-In Sep 2020 it was promised proceeds from that EOM deal would be incoming in the Near or Mid Term. Near term was completely dishonest.
-The R/S, Up-list, price fixing, no news, phone calls, emails, etc (I won't go into it if you don't).

When the R/S was firmed up the Share Price was around $9.25, it began it's slide for weeks before the R/S. Then, after the R/S it dropped further, down immediately to $7.50. Everyone thought Rossi had something ready to release after the R/S. We are now beyond less than half of the pre-R/S price. This was completely predictable because WKSP had very poor recent earnings and will continue to have bad earnings for the foreseeable future. Rossi owes everyone an apology for this performance and should buy back stock with a portion of the $$$ the company now holds.

-Poor Choice of China as a Partner and complete failure of initial business mode
-There appears to be 0 learning or reflection upon past mistakes. There also appears to be 0 acknowledgement of poor performance. Also, for those that have been extra long term, everything you invested in failed completely. The conventional cover business for WKSP is a 100% fail.

We have to show the shareholder's that Rossi is just not ripping them off, before it is too late. Even a 4.5 Million buy back would be enough to be symbolic. I want this company to succe

You could look at the history another way, anytime it goes up, it always seems to crash down. The reason for this is simple, the earnings are simply not there. My guess is that many here are way down or have lost a ton of unrealized profits and are desperate to stay positive, even at the price of the truth.
