Mayu - thanks for the insight. Obviously the best any of us can do is read the cards that lay before us. I appreciate you enlightening me and the board as to one of the reasons Mr Way may be selling shares.
As for applying a "sinister" label to a comment about the flood of 144 shares that the company has floated for years, and the close relationship many of the 144 holders in San Diego have to the company, my comments were not sinister, at least in my opinion, they seem fairly accurate.
I'm sorry to hear of Mr. Way's mother's illness. I hope she and the family are fortunate to have the same faith that I know you and I share. We all pass, and it hurts when someone we love pass. Faith, a view of the bigger picture, can help make the passing easier.
