With the amount of shares there already are, if he were to even possibly consider (which I doubt now) buying shares back, these are the areas he would need to do so. At this point, we are at the mercy of the company and hope for them to stop it and allow this to move.
I saw it coming. Many others did as there were many, many warnings. The CEO asking regulators to offer billions of shares at $00075 was the red flag waving.
