My question had nothing todo with the T/A.. just the SOS.

I ask because you said you acquired BDGR specifically because it "had a large A/S and O/S." Then you immediately set about increasing both by A LOT. Then, on top of that, you subsequently promised an additional estimated 26.4 BILLION shares of BDGR as "thank yous" to those that own PRPM. Therefore--

If bigger is better in this cockamamie scheme of yours --AND if you want people to believe that YOU believe it will actually happen once FINRA approves-- then what's stopping you from ordering the Wyoming SOS to go ahead and increase BDGR's AUTHORIZED SHARES from 40 billion to the 60 billion you will presumably need if your deal gets the green light?

AFTER ALL.. you've already proven a willingness to blow up the A/S on your tickers to facilitate dilution. You've also used your SOS to dupe investors into believing you would be greatly "reducing" the A/S even though your "reduction" never made it to the T/A or OTC's "share structure" page. Example: https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/pbs-holding-inc-pbhg-new-shareholders-updates-share-reduction-and-developments-300993667.html

Again, if BIGGER is BETTER and you want people to believe you'll eventually deliver those BDGR shares to PRPM then why not spend $50 and order the SOS to increase the AUTHORIZED shares?

I can't believe you missed jumping on this cheap PR stunt to assure PRPM shareholders that their BDGR shares are all authorized and ready to issue.

(My original post)

Eddie--if you're so confident FINRA will approve your stock dividend scheme then why haven't you increased the number of "authorized shares" for BDGR?

BDGR's O/S currently sits at 32.2 billion. Parent PRPM's O/S is almost 13.2 billion which means you will have to issue at least 26.4 billion to make good on your "2 shares of BDGR -for- every 1 share of PRPM" promise, correct?

At present there are only 7.8 billion currently left in BDGR's gas tank. So once you burn thru those you'll need to print an additional 18.6 billion. If my math is significantly wrong please feel to correct it.

Again, why not go ahead and increase the number of authorized shares to 60 billion to MATCH the number of tokAns you've already minted? If you want people to believe FINRA will approve your deal yer gonna have to do it anyway, right? You can always reduce the A/S back down if (when) the deal fails.
