It was to dissolve a merger in Nevada. But from the looks of it, Mineralrite Corporation is based in Delaware as of August 25th 2021, so perhaps that is the reason why.

Hoping we get upgraded to limited information soon and perhaps get Q2/Q3 posted for pink current.
