HungryJoe....you are absolutely spot on with your assessment. This CEO is making sure the documentation is all correct and being filed on time to meet SEC deadlines. This way they have a great documentation system in place to build upon and start growing this conglomerate in a steady and methodical manner....all in good time.
Be sure, those of us who are confident in the DD we have seen, are sleeping very peacefully at night!
No worries from this investor.
