I can buy that, and agree with the OTC market being down in general being a driver here and everywhere. What I failed to effectively articulate in my thoughts is that there was really no focused substance to the update, when substance was anticipated, combined with what some COULD interpret as a Laissez-faire, sloppy tone.
Any way you slice it, still hoping for a winner to take this one.
