What's your point? Investors are screwed. This company is a scam and you know it.

The only thing anyone knows for sure is that they haven't filed their financial reports on time. Everything else is speculation. We've all known that they were late for months. They've now joined dozens of other late filing company's on the Expert Market.


Nobody is pretending that this is good. Other company's have recovered from this and maintained a tradeable price (e.g. COUV). Hopefully Bots will as well. If your definition of scam is a stock that looses value then virtually all stocks are scams.
