When it gets near the value of the thing for sale, it sure looks that way to me.
I've checked the sites that list tickers for sales, or that are inviting a R/M, and it's not on one that I've seen.
And on the "consultant" thing, I think I was clear, that it is my suspicion.
If I had proof, I'd turn his ass in.
Don't forget, they already know this guy and have ruled on him, from past shady dealings.
