That's most of the issue - that the communication was very ambiguous. What they said is that they have 5 clients. One of them would go into SNRY. Not that their 5 clients are desperate, or are even particularly interested, in obtaining SNRY. Further, an update on the info given a month prior about a preferred candidate was conspicuously omitted. Well of course that creates doubt, and what we see with the declining SP is the result.

And that's the danger in the OTC booger-eating basement world. Everyone interprets tweets differently, and for many their prejudices as shareholders mold their interpretations towards what they want to hear. I try to look at what's actually said vs. taking mental leaps. On this one, Cooley could do a lot better by simply stringing together a complete English sentence.

This was previously a done deal with an Artificial Intelligence company. I cannot help you if you cannot see a bald pump after a failure like that one.

(Some people are not seeking help but are just bald pumpers attempting to support the price after the pump has crashed. Although I am not saying you are a pumper).

Then OHHHH WOW now instead of FAILING on the prior R/M we now have 5 better companies that want to merge with us. Just forget about the broken promises on the AI company. (Could you also forget that really stupid tweet about my important business trip to Europe and how I will update all the little people after I make a few phone calls?)

And when he narrows the 5 new companies down to one, he will provide another tweet saying that they found "Five more better" companies that want to merge with us.

Cooley is a simpleton or a con man with a CS undergraduate degree (took him 8 years to get that) and no other education or experience which would make him capable of completing this type of deal.

Down ANOTHER 11.63% this AM. The price and market agree with my analyses, now down over 70% from high and dropping everyday.

The shell clearly has some value but NONE with this moron or con man running the show.

When this goes bust I will seek to have him held criminally and civilly liable for his crimes and malfeasance.
