Can't pay them a visit if they are hiding in Mother Russia. Rosenberg simply passed this shell off to one of his Comrades who couldn't figure out how to keep the scam going.

Shareholders should start doing advanced background checks to see if they can actually figure out who has stolen their money and pay them an in person visit. I'll bet nobody can find any of them.
