One has a marker maker and bid/ask are listed. The other has no bid/ask listed and is much harder to trade because there is no market maker. Typically when a stock is down listed to the gray market, it's extremely bad for the share price.
A question I have is, will there be additional hoops to jump through to get uplisted back to the otc?
If you look at past filing dates, including mcig you'll see there are always huge delays in filings even after being audited. Just think how late they are going to be. Yeah sure, they're working on it...lmao. I'll bet things are so screwed up that they never make it back to the otc with this ticker.
Another question, do they have any debt tied to share price? They seem to take .05.
Big drop coming. They'll try to keep it at
05 for a long as the can to give shareholders a false sense of security, but I think this will drop big. They have zero revenue and only hopes and dreams.
