I disagree. SEC put in an OTC bent the rule by issuing new rule which gave the big fat middle finger to US traders while non-US traders get to manipulate the pps to the current fake price. My freaking $ & I can do whatever I want and don't need SEC to tell me how to use it. What's next? Not having kids? Eat vegies? No playing blackjack in Vegas? not playing lotto? What abt. co. with an endless R/S and naked shorts...nothing.
