And the obvious conclusion is the fact that NO ONE, especially including Berman himself, has attempted to do either of those, should tell an intelligent investor all they need to know.

Not surprising since Berman has yet to purchase a single share since the shares he attained as part of his taking the reins here. The old "do as I say, not as I do". (you should buy even though I won't touch this with a 10 ft pole)
