You are incorrect -- the first approval was the easiest as it is only a compassionate use like approval. It is by no means a EUA or standard commercial approval, it is the Health Canada Special Access Program (SAP). Patients have to apply for it through the SAP system and the supplying company.

And unfortunately NP has misrepresented it as an emergency use authorization (EUA). It is not.
