Not dilution imo, I don’t believe any additional shares have been added to the float since the previous owners sold their 50M shares 2-3 months back. However, have you looked into the daily short trades on this? It’s kind of obscene given the news and progress the company has been making - https://www.otcshortreport.com/company/SFIO

In this for the long haul, if something big pops off here it’s likely to explode given all the shorts that will be squeezed out.
