Now think about it if all vote no, up list could be canceled due to the high ratio RS risk, then stay in QB is Ok ? Or top management believe YOY revenues up many, many % but the pps will not up at all if continue stay in QB? Or RS anyway, the up list pps will only up,and up ,up to the roof and no need to worry about after on Nasdaq still have to RS again because pps not keeping up at $5 ?
