This company is done and everyone should know that by now. They aren't filing a SEC report because they don't want to get caught lying about the financial condition of the company. I believe that they are insolvent but no creditor is going about the process of forcing them to file for BK because they know they won't get anything out of it. No sense throwing good money after bad.
Oh and Brad can't find the password to upload anything to Edgar anyway!!
