October 17, 2018, we signed an agreement with Arknet to license certain technologies related to the Klickzie ArK.. The initial license fee is $100,000.

The annual maintenance fees are:

$200,000 for the calendar years 2020 and 2021

$300,000 for the calendar years 2022 and 2023 and

·
$400,000 for the calendar year 2024 and each subsequent calendar year during the term of the agreement.

·
7.5% of net sales.
