The 38 million is a guess based on an annualized basis. That inluded the liquidation sales of the store and the warehouse. Rotmans was also closed for some time. Lost sales and costs associate with redoing the showroom. There will be savings from the warehouse closing. I don't believe VYST will finish out anywhere near 38 million in revenue. Remember when we were told that Rotmans had 38 million but found out after the merger that it was much less? Maybe VYST has something down the line but doubt they have the money to see it through. Looks like they might tank VYST to be able to buy back Rotmans and maybe have a chance to save it.
