No surprise down here in sub penny land. But the deal is who wins the lawsuits. If Delta - 8 is allowed then big profits are very possible. if they lose the company is hard to make money.
The CEO has always been shady as I see it. This company wouldn’t exist if Jerry couldn’t dump shares. The CBD angle is for the pubco to hand out shares to insiders. If they had to start this with bank loans and risk absent of public dollars, there would be no CBD store IMO. Jerry has been pulling this crap for many years. This will continue to drop against an ever rising share structure IMO.
