it's not a shell ticker the way they are claiming to do things because they didn't claim they are merging with anyone. they said they are acquiring these companies and paying for them with restricted preferred shares. and there's a TON of details we haven't seen about these "acquisitions". maybe there's mergers coming, maybe not
