Which does raise an interesting question: Restricted shares are typically for employees, so . . . were all of the people who held convertibles employees, or . . . is there an additional 700+ million waiting to be added to the unrestricted o/s or . . . is something else going on? It's pretty much the last piece of the puzzle for me.
