"4 years on leronlimab for HIV patients sounds like it’s safe to me"
Most likely, they are in better health than any of us. Their viral load is so low that it can't be measured. They don't have to worry about inflammation. That is controlled with a tuned up immune system. They may never have to worry about cancer, as long as they are getting the treatment. Has anyone heard if any of the patients have gotten Covid-19? If they did, was it severe? You know, you are right, it does sound like it's safe!
