I think Soundstr is the big mystery box with wide range of potential revenue. If they were successful at changing the PRO fee, and they develop an app like they said they would, then I think 0.25 isn’t unreasonable.
It definitely can - timeframe is all a guess. The management is aiming for NASDAQ which is $3.00, so you are really asking if you think management can accomplish 1/12 of their goals or can do 1/12 as good as they seem to think they can. Put it away, check back later, a watched pot never boils.
