Now that Congress has passed the infrastructure package, which will boost infrastructure funding by $550 billion over the next 5 years, including $110 billion in new funding for roads and bridges as well as $66 billion for freight and passenger rail. Oil will play a major role in these infrastructure efforts leading senior oil analyst, Louise Dickson, to declare "This U.S. infrastructure bill screams bullish for oil."
