There must be no investigative background from which the CYDY opinions are offered, on the matter at hand. Makes sense. Cytodyn’s own SEC documents acknowledge investigations are happening by SEC and DOJ. Easy to find and read.

Now we know Nader sabotaged the HIV BLA submission and traded on that insider knowledge for a substantial profit. More fodder for DOJ.

Since Nader was dumb enough to put that in an email, there are no Doubt other “ smoking guns” for DOJ to find and put this criminal behind bars.

money crew I agree. Np's selling of CYDY stock was board assigned and submitted 60 day prior to sale. SEC isn't after Elon Musk??? I ignore the uninformed.
