If they do what I suggest, and we all tender 75% of our shares for $6, then the remaining shares will be worth... $40.

$270M net assets / (25% of 27M shares) = $40

That's how you create value :-)

But all this waiting is painful.

Yes indeed, time is everything.
We should get a settlement with parent quickly after the ex-date IMO. Perhaps a distribution linked to it. At the same time we will have a parallel development with Equity Art. So we will see.

"Especially considering that the share could be bought for 2 cents 12 months ago." How many shares have been traded below 3 cents during the last 12 months? My impression is that the number is very limited.
