There is a rumor in SW about exchange going live on Monday. Folks have high expectations, hope it's just not a rumor, imho.

Why doesn't AABB just pay OFF the note? if the note is about a million to 900,000, why not just pay it off, instead of providing White Castle /Clive Mendenhall the opportunity to buy @ .004 and sell at market price?

What is the missing piece to this puzzle?
