Just because the dilution is complete (if it is), doesn't mean that the stock has even come close to it's downside. Dilution is no more than an issuance of more stock shares which lessens the stock price - more shares, less value. I just don't understand how anyone thinks this stock is going to run to the moon when this deal just doesn't look that good!!! Sounds like more money for the CEO JDR. Some people never lose!!!
