My time stamp shows it exactly at 9.30am. Unfortunately for me local time is 3:30am, and I had sat up waiting for premarket news at its somewhat usual time of 1am, but gave up at 2am.
Either way, I don't think many caught the drop before the bottom.
Opportunity now is to double down pending the next catalyst, a chance to lower your cost basis to .10c if you've not already.
