And iirc, there's something >60K cases of head and neck cancer each year in the USA alone, and this study had patients use it for 7weeks. This seems doable - but again, I'm a noob with IPIX, and this area of research.

This way at least you would have a good chance of getting an effective dose into the lungs - bypassing the complications of passing through the liver and having B interact with all the goop in the blood and blood vessels.
