Perhaps that is generous, fair point. I was really thinking of the most that I could accept, vs. the worst case scenario of using the voting conversion ratio. I guess it can't be the voting conversion ratio, there isn't enough AS remaining to cover it :-( ;-)

I really hope they discuss this in the CC!
