Im surprised nobody mentioned the fact they leased a 7200 sf commercial space, thats a decent size for lots of machines stacked...I think there's plenty more news to come, just think their first purchase of investment is over $300k, whats next?

I do not know how you came with a figure of $400 a day. According to this:

There is a possibility that you did not take electricity costs in your calculations. It is possible that the office which is situated in some business complex can supply the heat to the all other businesses in this building and recoup the costs of electricity. This is very much so in the coming days in a cold state as Ohio. It will not be so good in the summer though.
