Bringing AWARENESS to a PRODUCT and growing a shareholder base is not at all related to just STOCK PROMOTION where all that the party is interested in is hyping up stocks with the objective of getting ones to buy stock.
There are companies who only look to hire for such things as STOCK PROMOTION which if done properly in conjunction with the regulations surrounding that there is nothing wrong with it (I never feel it should be done and would never recommend the practice) with a subsequent promotion flag showing when you check out the stock in question. That has not happened here because there is NO STOCK promotion taking place.
It's NOT companies we are talking about here so I won't assume that SRAX has made similar agreements with other companies regarding this specific agreement as referenced by their agreement with TTCM as referenced by the 8k. It is a specific agrement made with them by TTCM to provide AWARENESS to the product NOT stock or stock promotion...
