Its ridiculous every damn day dumping notes. I dont care if the dump 50M in one day and take it to trips... At this point might as well.. Get it over already God Damn it

I believe the Sr Mgt has NEVER been truthful or forthcoming about their toxic/convertible debt use and problems from same - they've VERY "carefully" skirted and twisted the questions about "HOW MUCH CONVERTIBLE NOTE DEBT IS LEFT" etc at every so called "LIVE CALL Q and A session" blah blah.

In other words - they've been sandbagging the shareholders about the truth on convertible debt since it was first asked about.

Question on live call: "HOW MUCH TOXIC OR CONVERTIBLE NOTES ARE LEFT" ?

Answer: CEO, "Uh, let me hand that over to Dave or Bob or anyone else here in a moment." (shuffle paper sounds in background)
"Uh, yeah, Bob the finance guy here - um, it's tough to give an exact amount at this point, but it might be right around $165K or $300K left or something like that - we'll do some checking and let you all know at a later date" blah blah
CEO: "Great Bob, next happy question about our cool stuff we want to promote and talk about" blah blah.

THAT has been SOP every single time "Convertible debt remaining and are you continuing to use convertible debt and how much more remains to convert and dilute" has come up on these "Meet the mgt and ask anything you want" calls - at least all the ones I listened to, which I believe is all of them.

This has been NON STOP textbook convertible note dilution aka toxic debt - it's not even up for debate IMO. You can spot it from 30,000 feet in a one pass fly over it's so easy to see.

RIP THE BAND AID OFF - and get it over with.

Else, they plan to keep using said convertible notes and are not going to come clean about it - this NOW DELAYED AGAIN FILING is likely going to show more toxic notes inked or at least decent sized legacy balances yet to be converted and dumped into the float IMO.

Screwdriver.. please help me understand where the concrete evidence is that QNTA insiders are dumping notes every day? Can you provide the link to that information?
