It is but shouldn't be for long as that is all the shares that they get in this 12 month period...33% of the public float. Converting and flipping that 33% (6 million shares) will create an artificially low market cap...and once done...we should pOp well and LARGE. The price is artificially low also so the funders may want to hold those shares for a higher price...not worried about losing money with the pps falling below their convert point 15% off VWAP last 5 days...
These shares down here are a GIFT, in my opinion...should see 10x appreciation...JMO
