The US launch did not happen in November as the company stated in August so more than likely delayed till next year..?????

For them to triple revenues with only Romania added in the Aug-Nov is not a realistic expectation. Maybe for the opening in Russia or the "Soft" US, but not the next Q. If they increase at all, I'd say that is being realistic and a good sign.
