I have been watching this stock. Buying and selling it since 2007. I know Mr Eric's tactics like the back of my hand. Just think he has run this stock- Yes stock not company but stock- Since 2007. Since then he has reverse split and raised AS several times. IN 2007 when Mr Eric took over this stock was trading $7-$8 post split. In 15 years he has done nothing but use WNBD as a ATM machine. Will he change his business tactics now? No. He is still diluting. If you hold long term you will lose your money. Yes you can flip and make money here but what about the poor people who are actually believing his stories and do not know his past and present business practices?
