There is on on Toronto down 62% on bad drugs APLI to 21 cents CAD - not traded stateside

ONCR now down 46% - ok I am in at 5.99 area - I can't seem to find anything that warrants this drop - the results weren't bad. Only thing I would be afraid of is that someone knows of an upcoming offering? Hope not but how many times have we seen that?!!
