Probably the SEC is way up their butts right now for years of shadiness in the OTC.
Where else can a stinky pinky CEO max O/S then R/S and rinse and repeat multiple times in a decade. OTC markets is a joke, I hope the SEC has them so sideways right now, they deserve the attention
