What is just as amazing is that we have a public company which apparently can act as a private company legally. Whereas public companies have a legal duty to keep shareholders informed of corporate activities, this one has no such duty by virtue of requirements placed on the company through a Corporate Action.
The company has made it totally clear it intends to disclose nothing to shareholders. Even is some disclosure of information would be permissible, the company will absolutely refuse to inform because of constraints perceived to have been imposed by the CA.
Shareholders were told in March the CA was nearing completion.
