SEC does not nothing when co. does multiple R/S in order to rob retail investors their hard earned cash. However, SEC was very quick to pass a new OTC rule which did nothing but benefit non-US traders (while US traders can only window shop). SEC serves and protects...WHO???? (not small retail investors for sure).
