Whatever. I sincerely doubt anyone really cares about BigBizz's posts any more than they care about yours or mine.

As for buying $400 items I've never heard about, I suppose that's one of the reasons SEVU is trying to have their products available in a number of places. Recognition is very important. SecureView may be a pretty cool product, but I don't think any major retailer would stock their shelves with it before they see if it sells. Besides, it doesn't appear as though SEVU can produce enough cameras today anyway.

ever heard of the parkinglot system.

say the above represents 4500 stores combined, 8 cam system is $18k and with bulk discount say 16K x 4500 stores = $72,000,000 now divide that by 2 (just for fun) $36,000,000 revenue from 3 companies.

so obviously the number of stores matters.

The above is merely an illustration that how store means a lot.

FG, the number of stores is very important to the parking lot system!!!! BTW, I thought Wal-Mart/Sam's Club has a lot more stores than that???

F&G, it doesn't occur to your sales and marketing sense and experience that entre to these large US sales outlets via intial on-line catelogues might /likely will lead to inside store sales in a bazillion locations. Such a victory at just one of these organizations will cause enough sales from an initial stocking round to light the fire. I can't believe the shallow thinking than seems to persists here.

By your own admission over and over, SEVU has a dymamite product in hand. Iyt also has successfully sold into the market place various offerings so my experience says it will be tough to derail this train - although at times I certainly see a small collection of individuals posting on this board who appear to be motivated to at least slow down this express - maybe so they can get on a bargain prices.

So SEVU get positioned to quality mass produce a solid product - like the world isn't ready for this home/business product for under $400 retail.... If we can make Santa's catelog - now that catelog might stand on its own!!
