Completely disagree. There’s no way this goes much lower. The entire OTC has been pounded since February. However, another run is coming. In addition, the 50 M blocks will come to an end, and soon. The O/S was only increased by 300 M recently, so it can’t be much more. Most of the companies trading in the trips have an O/S of 20 Billion or more. This one is 5 B. With bigger volume, this can run high and fast.
