Randy,

Cyclone also had what seemed like a very strong leadership team, but in reality these people were not involved with the business at all with the exception of receiving stock as a form of payment for using their name.

Robert Edwards is a retired senior engineer from Lockheed Martin. Mr. Edwards served at Lockheed Martin for over 30 years, working on different projects including the Apollo Moon Project and other space programs. His area of expertise is in energy conversion systems, including thermoelectric, steam, internal combustion and external combustion engines. Mr. Edwards has also spent over 20 years working with experimental steam cars and other steam systems, and is an officer of the Mobile Steam Society in Tennessee. He has published over 40 scientific papers and now gives talks on the subjects of alternative fuels and heat transfer systems. He holds a B.S. from the University of Tennessee

George Nutz is technology consultant with almost 50 years experience working with external combustion and steam engines. He is the founder of Millennium Engineering Systems and Millennium Energy Systems, through which he has provided engineering guidance and expertise to multiple external combustion engine projects over the last twenty years.
Prior to consulting, Mr. Nutz was a staff research engineer at MIT Instrumentation Laboratory, part of the Department of Aeronautics and Astronautics. While in residence, he designed hardware and control systems, as well as steam cycles and applications. He represented MIT-IL at the Department of Transportation Clean Air / External Combustion hearings, and wrote several proposal papers outlining a working steam system. During this time he also became involved with steam automobile and steamboat groups and worked on boiler and engine designs/modifications, including being part of the MIT team designing and building a steam powered automobile for Saab for the MIT-Caltech “Clean Air Car Race”. Prior to his time at MIT, Mr. Nutz spent nine years at Bendix Aerospace designing gyro and guidance equipment and test platforms, and working with optics and sensors. He served in the U.S. Air Force and received his mechanical engineering degree from the New Jersey Institute of Technology in 1959.

Kevin P. Bowen retired from Raytheon Corporation as Chief Engineer for Maritime Vehicle Technology Development and has performed Systems Engineering development on manned and unmanned Surface and Undersea Vehicles for 30 years. He has held lead technical and management positions in the development of Riverine Combat Craft C4ISR, Autonomous Unmanned Surface Vehicles, Diver Detection Interdiction Systems, External Combustion Engines, Renewable Energy Systems, Large Scale Vehicle, MK 30 ASW Training Target System, proprietary UUV’s and Submarine Payloads & Sensors. He has been a major contributor to the US Navy and Japanese Deep Submergence Rescue Vehicles design, operation, test and evaluation. Kevin is Program Manager for Unmanned Surface Vehicle Technology Development and Diver Detection/ Intervention for Port Security. He is also Chief Engineer for UUV Propulsion Systems and Riverine Craft Combat System Architectures. Kevin was Technical Lead for Unmanned Underwater Vehicles (UUV’s) and Lead Systems Engineer on the MK 30 ASW Training Target System. Kevin was Technical Director for a proprietary UUV program at Applied Remote Technology. Mr. Bowen was responsible for design, production and test phases of the project. He directed the requirements development, alternatives selection, design definition, and validation for the project. Kevin was a Systems Engineering SME for the General Dynamics Electric Boat Advanced Seal Delivery System proposal. Mr. Bowen developed Japanese DSRV program sonar equipment specifications, installation, test, modification and acceptance procedures and taught a Japanese language course in theory and operation of sonar systems. Mr. Bowen worked on DSRV Mystic and Avalon navigation, ship control, sonar, television, communications, and side looking sonar systems. He was a Field Engineer responsible for Ship’s Inertial Navigation Systems on board the USNS Bowditch Oceanographic Survey Ship.

Peter Platell currently serves as CEO of his Company Ranotor Utvecklings AB and is involved with an EU combidiesel venture and projects of waste heat recovery for heavy duty trucks and passenger cars for leading automotive manufacturers in Europe. He will be Cyclone’s sales representative in Europe. With Peter’s extensive experience in engineering he will focus on licensee development, distribution and integration of Cyclone’s engines and products. Mr. Platell stated: “I am very pleased to join Cyclone’s team. My responsibilities are to obtain licenses for use of Cyclone’s Technology and integration into customers’ systems. In my years of developing steam technology including a very compact water lubricated steam engine I knew when I discovered Cyclone’s Heat Regenerative Engine that they were light years ahead of everyone in the emerging ‘green’ steam power technology field. This is an opportunity for Ranotor steam products to integrate with the Cyclone engine for my customers and future licensee.”

Walter “Eddie” Albright is the President—Marine Power Holdings, LLC. In 1984 Allbright purchased Marine Power- a marine engine manufacturer in New Orleans. At the time the company was doing 150-200 engines a year and selling them to the local commercial shrimping and fishing interests. He has maintained his position as president for the last 30 years. Some of his accomplishments over that period include: Moving the plant from 7000 sf to 30000 sf.; Expansion into the worldwide recreational marketplace.; Increasing production to 3000 units annually; Pioneering gasoline electronic fuel injection into the sport and cruiser boating markets; Designing and procuring engine components for new engine platforms; Obtaining a number of patents related to the marine engine industry; Developing an in-house CNC machine shop; Purchased and improved jet drive tooling to increase market opportunities. In engine testing, Allbright has built a 1065 compliant engine emissions dynometer cell. Certified engine families with the EPA and the California Air Resource Board.

QSAM is CHRIS NELSON
CHRIS NELSON is CYCLONE POWER
CHRIS NELSON is Q2Power

The company did not retain Chris Nelson.. Chris Nelson is the company! He owns the stock shell. He has no interest in building engines, composting, or developing drugs.. This is a penny stock scam designed to enrich Chris Nelson. Nothing else.

Why don't they post their meeting minutes to show the public what is discussed and who shows up??
